Home finding
Accompanied visits to about six previously selected apartments
or houses a day, as described in the questionnaire. Your counselor will
talk with you in english, french or spanish, as you request.

Home Contract
We check your lease or purchase contract and other fees.
We identify insurance company and check the contract for you.

House Fitting
Before you move, we make sure your new home is fitted in line
with your wishes.

Banks
Your counselor will find the most convenient office of your selected
Bank, and will help you with the necessary paperwork to obtain
credit cards, stock management and other issues.

Providing
Contract management and banking arrangements.

Removal
We coordinate your move. A moving company will come to your
home to evaluate the cost of moving. Upon the arrival of your
goods, your counsellor will be there for a few hours to check
everything is in order.

Welcome Package
We offer a binder with useful information about the city, where to
go, what to eat, a dictionary and some tips to make it easier.

Schools
We organise interviews with the Director and/or teachers of the       
selected school.

Pets
Vaccination programs mandatory in Spain and accompanied visit
to the selected veterinary center.

House Keeping
We find you a cleaning lady, baby sitter, gardener or swimming
pool cleaner.

Neighbourhood Orientation
Your counsellor will take you around for a few hours to get familiar
with the neighbourhood.

Work Permits
Our legal team will take care of the mandatory proceedings in
order to obtain your work and residence permits. They are one of
best considered lawyers in Madrid for these issues.

Down Town Tour
Your counsellor will take you out to visit museums, sights, lunch and
shopping for a whole day. Just to have fun and get used to the new city.

Holiday
We organise weekends or even a complete holiday outside the
city, near town or down the seaside..

In your house or anywhere else, we take care of catering, flowers,
      shows...
