    • We will send you via e-mail a sufficient number of options that match with the requirements set out in the questionnaire (as long as the expectations and requirements are realistic).
    • Visit 6-8 options selected by you. The visits will be made preferably all in one day. Visits will be performed from Monday to Friday in working hours.
    • Contract negotiation.
    • Photo inventory.
    • Utilities hook up and setting direct debit: water, electricity, gas and Internet.
    • Parking search, (if necessary) contract negotiation, and coordination of payments or SER application.
  • Area information and practical advices.
  • Spouse/partner support (information about activities, associations, clubs, etc.).
  • Registration on the Local Council (accompanied).
  • Obtaining Spanish sanitary card for employee and spouse/partner (accompanied).
  • Registration at the Embassy or Consulate (accompanied).
  • Information about the procedures for driving license change (EU or Non-EU). (not accompanied).
  • Information about domestic help.
  • Telephone support for 1 month.
  • Satisfaction questionnaire.
