- We will send you via e-mail a sufficient number of options that match with the requirements set out in the questionnaire (as long as the expectations and requirements are realistic).
- Visit 6-8 options selected by you. The visits will be made preferably all in one day. Visits will be performed from Monday to Friday in working hours.
- Contract negotiation.
- Photo inventory.
- Utilities hook up and setting direct debit: water, electricity, gas and Internet.
- Parking search, (if necessary) contract negotiation, and coordination of payments or SER application.
- Area information and practical advices.
- Spouse/partner support (information about activities, associations, clubs, etc.).
- Registration on the Local Council (accompanied).
- Obtaining Spanish sanitary card for employee and spouse/partner (accompanied).
- Registration at the Embassy or Consulate (accompanied).
- Information about the procedures for driving license change (EU or Non-EU). (not accompanied).
- Information about domestic help.
- Telephone support for 1 month.
- Satisfaction questionnaire.
